Frank Bennett, Director of the Western Challenge, is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. He was a senior executive in the hospitality industry serving for many years as President, Chairman and CEO of Famous Restaurants, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Garcia’s of Scottsdale, as Senior Vice President of Sambo's Restaurants and as Vice President of the Motel 6 Corporation. Frank retired from the hospitality industry to raise horses on the deserts of the Southwest. Over the last 15 years, working with horses and watching their natural interaction, he saw a direct correlation to the structure of the corporate world and began developing his Corporate Training Program...The Western Challenge
“The horses' unspoiled, natural ability to communicate, trust, follow and lead is far more effective than the diminished abilities of most humans in these areas. Horses never try to deceive and they will not be deceived. All relationships for a horse start there. Imagine the charisma of the human communicator who could start at the same place. This is what we teach our executives. Everything starts with the truth.”
"Frank Bennett was kind enough to bring his Western Challenge to our facility to work with both our staff and clients, the clarity of communication from him, the life lessons learned from the horses, and his focus and compassion were a life-changing enrichment for both our company and myself personally. His programs are worth every dime spent!"
-Donald Durham, Ph.D.,Clinical Director of Gatehouse Therapeutic Health Services
"As you probably gathered, this was a very special group of our employees, and it was important to Tom and me that we had a very meaningful trip, and I can tell you with no reservation that both of our expectations were greatly exceeded, and we are very appreciative. If the ranch can stand it, I think it is quite predictable that the Cullen Group will be back sooner rather than later..."
