The Western Challenge

For ten years we have challenged executives from around the world to communicate more effectively. Our unique workshops put businessmen and women in close contact with horses and challenge them to communicate with a non-verbal prey animal. 5-Day Executive Workshop

Horses do the talking and teaching in this intensive 5-day executive development workshop where you will learn inner skills and receive hands on practice in Communication, Leadership and Team Building. Half-Day Workshops

This program is a more condensed version of our 5-Day intensive workshop and can be incorporated into your planned executive retreat, meeting or training program. This workshop is available year round and can be accomodated at resorts and convention facilities near you.
